How to Return or Exchange
Contact Us Within 10 Days
Reach out to us via email within 10 days of your delivery date. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted.
Share Your Order Details
Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return or exchange. If there is a product issue, please attach clear photos.
Send the Item Back
Dispatch the product back to us in its original packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.
Get Your Exchange or Refund
Once we receive the item, we will process your exchange or arrange a refund within 3–5 business days.
Eligibility
What Can Be Returned?
Wrong Size Received
If you received the wrong size, you are eligible for a free exchange.
Defective or Damaged Item
If the item has a manufacturing defect or arrived damaged, you are eligible for a full return.
Wrong Item Delivered
If you received a different product from what you ordered, we will replace it immediately.
Unworn & Tags Intact
Items that are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached are eligible for return.
Worn or Washed Items
Items that have been worn or washed are not eligible for return or exchange.
After 10 Days
Any return or exchange request submitted more than 10 days after delivery will not be accepted.
Tags Removed
If the product tags have been removed, the item is no longer eligible for return.
Change of Mind
Simply not liking a product is not considered a valid reason for return.
